Does the College of Law, to require the student to a special place of residence? For
Example: The College requires that a student must live in the American family, which
he will pay money for accommodation.

Примечание:
I just try to bring my friend to USA to college, but college want to put him in American Family.
But I want to keep him just in my house. College say This is a rule... But I don't really trust them. Because, this is not education programm to leve with some ppl.

It depends, the are quite a few reasons for this, e.g. you have a place to live and therefore you at least partially employed, so you could at least buy yourself some food, otherwise they should/would take care of you. You should check within the college T&C. But, the best way, email the college, since I don't really understood your question.))

International students follow the same application process as all other applicants. New York Law School requires that foreign transcripts be processed through the LSAC Credential Assembly Service (CAS). If you completed any post-secondary academic work outside of the United States, including its territories, or Canada, you must use this service for evaluation of your foreign transcripts. A Foreign Credential Evaluation will be completed by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO), which will be incorporated into your CAS report.
